StandCue Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

In short: StandCue is private by default. There is no account and no cloud. Your calendar and health information are read only on your device to time and score movement nudges, and never leave your iPhone. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data, and there is no tracking or advertising.

This policy explains how StandCue (“the app”, “we”, “us”), published by Vibecode Studio, handles information. It applies to the StandCue iOS and watchOS apps.

Information the app accesses

StandCue is designed to work entirely on your device. With your permission, it accesses the following, only to provide its features:

Where your data is stored

All app data, including your game progress, streak, settings, and any cached schedule, is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your personal data, and the app does not require an internet connection for its core features.

Data we collect

None. StandCue does not collect, log, or transmit personal data. There is no account to create, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party trackers in the app.

Purchases

StandCue offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the app after the free trial. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details. Apple’s handling of purchase data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. The trial start date is stored on your device (in the iOS Keychain) so the trial cannot be reset by reinstalling; it is not shared with us.

Sharing and third parties

We do not share, sell, or rent your information, because we do not collect it. The only third party involved is Apple, solely to process an optional purchase and to deliver notifications through its operating system.

Children

StandCue is rated 4+ and does not collect any data from anyone, including children.

Your rights (GDPR / AVG)

Because StandCue does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, export, or erase. You remain in full control on your device: you can revoke Calendar, Health, or Notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings, and deleting the app permanently removes all StandCue data from your device. The data controller for the app is Vibecode Studio (Gert Hoetmer), the Netherlands.

Security

Your information stays on your device and is protected by iOS, including device encryption and the permission system. StandCue only requests the permissions it needs for the features you use.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note the change in the app’s release notes.
