1. Wie wij zijn

Gert Hoetmer (eenmanszaak), handelend onder de naam Vibecode Studio, ingeschreven bij de Kamer van Koophandel onder nummer 64176541, Smaldelerstraat 4, 2645 KL Delfgauw, Nederland. Wij maken Escapini en zijn verantwoordelijk voor dit privacybeleid. Vragen gaan naar support@vibecode-studio.nl.

2. Kort samengevat

Escapini verzamelt geen persoonsgegevens. Er is geen account, geen server van ons, geen analysesoftware, geen advertenties en geen tracking. Je voortgang staat alleen op je eigen toestel.

3. Wat er op je toestel blijft

De app bewaart lokaal, in de opslag van iOS: je voortgang per kamer, je dagpuzzels en de tijden daarvan, je sterren en records, welke uitlegkaartjes en dagboekpagina's je zag, en je instellingen (taal, geluid, trillingen). Dit verlaat je toestel niet en wij kunnen er niet bij. Verwijder je de app, dan is alles weg. Met "Hele spel opnieuw beginnen" in de instellingen zet je het avontuur terug naar het begin.

4. Aankopen

Escapini is gratis te downloaden. De volledige editie koop je via de App Store. Apple handelt de betaling, de bon en eventuele terugbetaling af; wij ontvangen geen naam, e-mailadres of betaalgegevens. De app controleert op je toestel bij Apple of je de aankoop bezit. Zie het privacybeleid van Apple voor wat Apple daarbij verwerkt.

5. Delen

Tik je na de dagpuzzel op "Delen", dan opent iOS het gewone deelmenu met een afbeelding en een korte tekst. Jij kiest met wie je deelt. Wij ontvangen daar niets van.

6. Netwerk

De app maakt alleen verbinding met de App Store van Apple, voor aankopen en het herstellen ervan. Alle kamers, beelden en stemmen zitten in de app zelf.

7. Deze website

De pagina's op vibecode-studio.nl/apps/escapini gebruiken geen cookies, geen analyse en geen lettertypes of scripts van derden. Je taalkeuze wordt alleen in je eigen browser onthouden (localStorage). Onze hostingpartij Netlify houdt voor beveiliging en storingen technische serverlogboeken bij, met onder meer je IP-adres, volgens haar eigen bewaartermijnen.

8. Als je ons mailt

Mail je ons, dan gebruiken wij je e-mailadres en je bericht alleen om je te antwoorden. Wij bewaren de mail niet langer dan nodig, en uiterlijk een jaar na het laatste contact.

9. Kinderen

Escapini is geschikt voor alle leeftijden en verzamelt van niemand gegevens, ook niet van kinderen.

10. Je rechten

Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie en verwijdering van gegevens die wij van je hebben. Omdat de app niets naar ons stuurt, gaat dat in de praktijk alleen over e-mail die je ons zelf stuurde. Neem daarvoor contact op via support@vibecode-studio.nl. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

11. Generatieve AI

Illustraties, animaties en de stem van Il Custode zijn gemaakt met behulp van generatieve AI (Google Gemini, Veo, ElevenLabs) en daarna door de maker geselecteerd en bewerkt. Tijdens het spelen genereert de app niets en stuurt hij niets naar deze diensten.

12. Wijzigingen

Gaat Escapini ooit wel gegevens verwerken, bijvoorbeeld voor anonieme statistieken, dan passen wij dit beleid eerst aan en vragen wij in de app om toestemming.

1. Who we are

Gert Hoetmer (sole trader), trading as Vibecode Studio, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 64176541, Smaldelerstraat 4, 2645 KL Delfgauw, the Netherlands. We make Escapini and are responsible for this privacy policy. Questions go to support@vibecode-studio.nl.

2. The short version

Escapini collects no personal data. There is no account, no server of ours, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Your progress stays on your own device.

3. What stays on your device

The app stores locally, in iOS storage: your progress per room, your daily puzzles and their times, your stars and records, which rule cards and diary pages you have seen, and your settings (language, sound, haptics). This never leaves your device and we cannot access it. Delete the app and everything is gone. "Start the whole game again" in the settings resets the adventure.

4. Purchases

Escapini is a free download. You buy the full edition through the App Store. Apple handles payment, receipt and any refund; we receive no name, email address or payment details. The app checks with Apple, on your device, whether you own the purchase. See Apple's privacy policy for what Apple processes.

5. Sharing

When you tap "Share" after the daily puzzle, iOS opens its normal share sheet with a picture and a short text. You choose who to share with. We receive nothing.

6. Network

The app only connects to Apple's App Store, for purchases and restoring them. Every room, image and voice is inside the app.

7. This website

The pages at vibecode-studio.nl/apps/escapini use no cookies, no analytics and no third-party fonts or scripts. Your language choice is remembered only in your own browser (localStorage). Our host Netlify keeps technical server logs, including your IP address, for security and troubleshooting, under its own retention periods.

8. If you email us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We keep the email no longer than needed, and at most one year after the last contact.

9. Children

Escapini is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete data we hold about you. Because the app sends us nothing, in practice this only concerns email you sent us yourself. Contact support@vibecode-studio.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

11. Generative AI

Illustrations, animations and the voice of Il Custode were made with the help of generative AI (Google Gemini, Veo, ElevenLabs) and then selected and edited by the maker. While you play, the app generates nothing and sends nothing to these services.

12. Changes

Should Escapini ever process data, for example for anonymous statistics, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent in the app.
